I initially went to PB Tech and one other place, both of whom wanted to hold onto my laptop for 10-15 days while they did their checks (I knew what was wrong; didn’t need them to check anything - just wanted the part ordered and fixed). Tech Solution ordered the part for me and I took my laptop in when it arrived; got my laptop back within 3 hours.
