★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting! Why are hair nets not worn in the back preparing food ?? My burger had the longest piece of hair which I pulled out. Didn’t even get half way through my burger and had to throw it out. Disgusting!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eating there is better than takeaway or drive through. You'll have cold food or the order messed up. Staff are friendly and you get great value for money compared to the local McDonald's. Watch out for the homeless and beggars that come in through the backdoor and the people who just go there and plug in to use the free Wi-Fi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say?.... it's Burger King, they're all a much of a muchness, with varying service. On this particular day there wasn't too much of a wait at the drive -through, the server was a tad 'blah' and somewhat lacking in enthusiasm, but let's be honest, who wouldn't be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger was soggy and took ages to receive, meat wasn't meat, more like filler with a bit of meat substitute perhaps, tried letting the manager know but she made excuses. Put me off from ever eating at that franchise...pity really coz the young guy who served me was cool. Manager didn't offer a refund either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged extra $10 on top of my bill. But when I’m paying the person who was serving confirmed me final price I.e, $7.90. But I was charged $17.90. I realised when I got home. I have emailed you and no response yet. I tried calling store yesterday and today but no one cares to pick the call. I didn’t expect this kind of fraud in food chain like you. Will you actually get back after this??

First of all I didn’t ask to cut in two halfs..
Secondly the bun is all dried and and soggy. Lettuce used is completely turned pale. As if it was microwaved.
Definitely not a fresh BK chicken.
It will be nice if I can get my BK chicken fresh and whole.
Expecting a response from management. If not acknowledged. I will not hesitate to report it.
