★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quoted $1300 to repair laptop and a 6 week wait - went to a repairer in Nelson and got repaired within 24 hours for $80! Never gave me the option to fix one chip - had to replace the full motherboard which would have resulted in an unnecessary insurance claim.
I wrote an original review and he has replied. Unfortunately if I remove and re-write the review it keeps showing his original reply below. I will keep my review up showing his reply below, as this shows his integrity towards his clients. As he has kindly put all my contact details there for the world to see - I embrace this! Feel free to contact me and I will give you the full story of my bad experience with the PC Warehouse, and why I would not recommend them. (PS: Insurance was accepted (but not required to claim on in the end) - he needs to get HIS facts right).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and brought a hard drive, $179 when I could get one online for $80. I went along with it because I wanted to set it up same day, turns out I already have a hard drive so 20 minutes later I come back into the store, receipt and hard drive and its package completely unopened. Perfect condition and they refused refund. Now I have a spare hard drive that cost a load of money. Absolutely a scam this place was, lady was rude, argued that they said that I should of checked what I was getting first. Highly don't recommend coming here and just buy online next time. Really rude customer service and lady behind the counter was really rude after and guy was condescending. Didn't seem to know what he was talking about when trying to install hard drive. Unprofessional, trying to scam kids and wouldn't buy again. Also if you read thier reviews responses you can see they rip someone out for having "Dodgy" reviews when theres one other review before this review. Tells you a lot about the owners of the shop. Rude to former customers. No wonder its never busy.

You informed me how you would repair and quoted 2 hours labour ($240-260) as a knowledgeable person myself I feel the need to inform the public of your unprofessional means.You tryed to belittle me when I questioned your repair method hence the rude comment and I have since sourced the required laptop parts(which you dont sell to the public???) For $21 and was 30 minutes work to replace.

My laptop died, the hard drive had crash.Anton recover my data and copy it on to new driver which ,being SSD, runs much faster than the old one.
i would have no hesitation in recommending Anton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist is hilariously bad. Like a comedy villain and is completely superfluous. Past on the wrong information to tech guy. Tech guy at least tried, but was unfortunately really socially awkward. They ran no diagnostic tools and demanded $75 down payment. Second place I wend to listened, asked pertinent questions and ran diagnostic tools and were able to show me were the several problems were.
