★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed in with mad mex or mexicali. the filipino lady has always given us a funny look the last 3-4 times weve come when its busy all becuase people before and after us were ordering mexican and it made it look like it was hassle for her to take a burger order.
Dont serve burger Wisconsin and make the other branches look bad just because you dont care.
The burgers were alright. the fires were over cooked and the onion rings and nuggets were slightly burnt.. have had better at burger wisconsin ponsonby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood near the checkouts for about 5 minutes. There is an open ended queue, that isn't particularly well marked, and there was nobody in the queue at the time. The staff completly ignored me. Someone entered, went to this 'queue', and got serviced. Gave up trying at this point and just left for the texas chicken next to it. I did like burger wisconsin as a nice alternative to burger fuel, but I honestly won't be coming back now, given this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly shocking, I stood there for 15 mins confused as to why was going on . Not one of the 4 staff members even acknowledged my existence let alone offered to help me. I might note that there was one other person waiting and no one in the restaurant. I walked out.

If you don't go to burgerfuel down the road much better price and taste.

I'm giving 3 stars because the food was great. We got the Wisconsin with cheese and the Vegan Boss , both very nice. But our $5.50 chips were like 50c worth. I got 13 chips . Pretty sad that. Plus the Filipino lady was very very abrupt and I couldn't finish my order properly as she kept telling me the cost. I had to tell her I haven't finish yet Soooo annoying
She kept saying ' nah not really enough when I asked for curly fries. Felt like she was annoyed because I changed my mind.
The man cooking the burgers was really friendly... Keep him and sack her...
