★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. I specifically ordered a vegetarian vegetables and Tofu on rice. Halfway eating, I noticed a small piece of pork slice in my bowl. I approached the counter and told her about it. She had forgotten to tell her coworker that I ordered a vegetarian dish and so they gave me the tofu that was braised with pork. Not professional enough and do not take people's orders seriously. If someone had allergies and was served the wrong foods, it may cause life threatening response. Don't think I will be coming back here and I recommend people with dietary requirements be extra careful coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Former visits to Yu Tea has always been a pleasant experience until today when I decided to get their cheesecake. Wrong move. Tastes like plastic-buttery-rubber and the texture was not of this planet. I'm not exaggerating at all. I'd rather eat soil. It was disgusting and inedible. Gordon Ramey would've thrown up. On top of that, they had stored the cake in the tiny coke cabinet so it had become even more stale and dry. Attempted to confront the staff. I wouldn't be writing here if they had handled the situation. The lady was absolutely rude and jabbered Chinese to other workers so we can't understand. "we don't make our cake - we get our cake from a supplier" was their defence. No refund, no compensation. She just wanted us to eat the stale cake and f off. Their shaved ice and bubble tea is good. Just don't get the cheesecake or mess with the lady staff. End of story. Bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the popcorn chicken and kumara chips for takeaway ，but after we left we found the chips all burned and really really tiny small shapes. And the chicken covered with toooooo much coating flour . It’s tasted like deep fried flour mix not popcorn chicken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered three dishes and two rice. The waitress wrote down on a small piece of paper. But we were only served with two dishes and one rice. We told the waitress and got the second rice. Though she told us we didn’t order the third dish( shredded potatoes). Then we told her we would cancel it. After we paid, the receipt showed that the shredded potatoes was still included in the payment…
The customer service was very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch here today - nothing special about our meals. I ordered 'Chong Qing Street Noodle'. For a simple bowl of noodles, it took a long time to be served. My husband had almost finished his rice dish when my noodles arrived. Anyway, all that was in the bowl was a heap of noodles (quite smooth), some lettuce, and a very little bit of pork mince, in some very basic soup. My husband and I could easily cook a more tasty dish of noodle-soup than this.
Before my noodles came, the waitress actually served me a bowl of boiled dumplings which was meant for another table. For an eatery which was not very busy nor crowded, this mistake is not really acceptable. Sorry, but I wasn't impressed with our meals today. For $16 per bowl of noodles, I expect something tasty and something more substantial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for their famous and yummy dishes this was recommend to us. Loved the dumplings so much.. so soft and yummy.. fish dish was 50.50 because it was a little bland with taste. Tofu soup was a spoiler... no flour no nothing.. the tomato and cabbage seems so old.. but the tofu was yummy and soft. Costumer service was so sweet. probably will come back and try some-more dishes because i fell like i didn't get a hold on to their foods..
