Wigram location is great as well with friendly staff.
I would recommend the medical practice for people as it's a reliable and professional medical centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a positive experience! I saw Dr Mike Fleet - he was friendly and welcoming. He was very open minded and obviously knowledgeable - but most importantly, genuinely interested and caring.
Such a breath of fresh air - thank you!

- I can never get an appointment with a gp the week of being sick.
- Ordered the meningococcal vaccine for my 8 month old. On the day of the vac I was told it was at the Wigram site and had to wait another 2 weeks to get one to Lincoln. For the 2nd dose I checked a couple of days before the appointment to make sure the vac was at Lincoln (which I shouldn't have to do), once again it was at the Wigram site.
Frustrating and once again overlooked.

Back and forth requesting documents, during the first enrollment somehow they never asked me any documents and when they overcharge me as casual patient suddenly they ask copy of many documents! Really regretting joining this rubbish healthcare, only join here because of my wife moving us to this healthcare. Dreadful experience overall!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nikki is lovely. Love the nursing team! They are super gentle and sweet, when doing my daughter’s vaccinations. Especially Nurse Emily, we’ve had her last two times (12wks & 5mth) and she was great!
Always had great experiences with the Lincoln branch & the Wigram branch.
