★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, however we placed an order through the drive through and when we got home we were eating our order when we realised the chicken nuggets I was eating had brown intestine tube looking things all throughout it, feeling pretty sick. My step fathers burger also had mould on it. We know its probably not the workers fault however there must be something wrong with that batch of chicken nuggets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the slowest McDonald's going through drive through. We were in the queue for almost 40 minutes some cars infront of us got tired of the wait and left the queue. Without them leaving we might be in the queue for an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good amount of cars in drive thru, managed to get to the order area quickly,and after that we got through the rest of the process pretty quick. Not downgrading macdonalds for the drive through on another evening, but finally went inside because of other ignorant drivers feeling so entitled that they felt the need to cut in front of me trying to turn into the drive thru. Shameful courtesy by some other drivers of palmy.

Should of ordered delivery
Would be quicker. But probably cold.
Uber delivery meals were waiting on counter for very long time.
I finally got order. Staff mumbled something so i assumed it was mine. No mention about getting hot drink from mccafe counter. I worked it out Waited again. Not at all impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't happy with the Serious Angus Burger. Didn't look at all attractive and had a skinny patty, could taste the bacon more than THE BEEF. Not what it shows up on the BOARD. The Lge Crispy chicken wrap must have been the small. It was about 4 inches long. Will have second thoughts about going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever. Over an hour waiting on an order and left without my meal. Too busy! Not enough staff for pick time. All the external delivery being done first while customers waited. So frustrated! Although, the staff were doing their best to at least clear the drive through and external delivery, there were just not enough staff to keep up . Just hope they are paid enough $$ to have to run around like they were.
So unfair to the customers and to your staff McDonald's. Please step up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I watched 50% of the staff with their masks under their noses and 50% of those with their masks on their chins.
I watched one of the staff stuffing his hand into the cup before filling it and handing it over to a customer.
I didn’t saying anything when my nuggets and one drink was missing, I just took what I was served and left. I have not eaten it nor will I as the staff member I raised my concerns with seemed totally uninvolved.
To whom ever owns this franchise … do better!
