I was politely greeted and hand my vaccine pass checked which is great to see, considering other businesses hadn't bothered.
I was a little foggy on the menu, but the man serving me happily stepped me through the burgers and recommended one. Customer service was 10/10 from all the staff. I interacted with three of them and they were all happy and polite.
The burger was great! The chips were perfect and the tables were clean and tidy.
The bathroom was spotless, which is great to see, considering that is not always the case at other places.
I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at BurgerFuel Pt Chev! Previously, I'd visited New Lynn and was kinda unimpressed with the service/burger. But wow Pt Chev was super yum and really quick! I had the Buffalo Buick burger and it was super tasty. I also got the coffee shake (with cold press coffee!!). Excellent burgers and even better service. Really cool decor too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% service, enthusiasm and above duty staff. For a typical burger fuel this one is heads above the rest. Great burgers as usual but they actually have a great space to eat in without getting cold and their staff are amazing. Prompt service, actually care about their customers definitely our favorite branch to go to that we will go out of area to eat at. Thanks so much for the service each time we come in!

- One of the staff members behind the counter checked with me and another customer behind me if we were picking up or ordering (first time in over 20 years of visiting multiple Burger Fuel locations that I have ever experienced that).
- Customer ahead of me received her pick up order, and I could see that carrying the drinks out would be a bit too much.
Without being asked the staff member just said "I'll take those out for you"... and did, with a smile.
What brilliant customer service!
- Ours was on time, tasted great.
Without doubt the best customer experience I have ever witnessed and experienced at a Burger Fuel outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited 6:30pm on Tuesday after a recommendation - the store had a steady trickle of patrons at the time of visit
The ambience was good and layout of the store was open, with lots of airflow.
Ordered the bacon backfire and aioli fries.
Food came faster than expected, and server was very nice.
The fries were fresh and delicious.
The burger unluckily had blue cheese instead of brie, but by the time I found out, I was already half way through the burger so I didn't want to make a fuss
Overall a great experience, would recommend dining in, the couch seats are very comfortable and the store had a welcoming vibe
There were some flies around a particular table that wasnt cleaned, but store seemed tidy otherwise
