★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What happened? Have you changed your suppliers? The Backfire burger I had today was bland, virtually tasteless. Chicken, bacon, salad, bun tasteless! That is $14.50 for a taste free experience. Something is wrong. The premium seems to have slipped out of burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is well presented but could be cleaner. This place is usually open late nights which helps given the location and bars, clubs around. The burgers are good and reasonably priced in my opinion. Staff members are friendly and customer service is good. Wait time could improve.
