★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff, no simple manners or greeting. Ordered a meal without bacon and they supplied bacon on the meal. This was only discovered when we got home, a massive waste of time and money. Very dissatisfied overall and would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited Wendy's Mt Eden at 11:28pm says they are open until midnight. The manager tells me "we are not taking orders all the tills are closed" I believe she is just to lazy to work until midnight like they a supposed. So I went to see Ronald who had burgers for me.
This isn't the first time this has happened either.
Sorry Wendy but I'm disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do check your bag after you pay at the drive-thru. Don’t want to blame the whole brand though! Got someone else’s order, completely different, but only noticed when got home. Returned over an hour later, my order didn’t show in the system. Was recommended by a staff to come back earlier if there’s a faulty order. Had to convince the staff that it’s not that I changed my mind but that it was a different order. Got paid the difference in cash - they cannot refund it on your card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just paid for this via Uber Eats they stole my money and I say stole because the invoice clearly states an item clearly not in the order sent. Uber driver blamed Wendy's I have called no response. This is not the first time Wendy's Dominion Road store has done this with my orders. The food is cold and still missing an item paid for. If you wish to lose your money to these thieves continue ordering from here via uber eats. You can guarantee what you have paid for will not be in your bag. They only have a star because GOOGLE will not let you post without it. They encourage theft.
