Cafe Irresistiblue is situated centrally in the Waikato only 10 minutes drive from Cambridge, 15 minutes from Te Awamutu and 25 minutes from Hamilton.
The cafe is signposted from off the Cambridge – Te Awamutu Road (follow brown road signs). We are also signposted from off Kaipaki Road (opposite Kaipaki School). Follow the blue ‘coffee cup’ & ‘Monavale’ signs.

β β β β β Reading the reviews on this cafe made me choose here to have our special mothers day lunch. What a mistake! I'm not sure why they had a "special" mothers day menu, when the 2 most appetising choices were left off it, and later after our visit found under the "normal" menu. The chicken salad had to be sent back for more dressing, the blueberry tea smelt and tasted like a burley you would throw over board to attract fish, the baked cheesecake and the shortcake was stodgy, when we mentioned about the cake to the waitress she told us "that's how it's supposed to be" we were left outside and had to ASK to have some service, we were promptly apologised to but shortly forgotten again.
The best part of this experiance was walking out the door. We will not be returning, or recommending you to anybody!

β β β β β Very cute and cosy place. We had a dessert plate and some coffee. The plate was ok. 4 or 5 different kind of blueberry dessert.

β β β β β If I could give 2.5 stars I probably would have. 2 seems a little harsh but 3 feels a bit generous. I've been to the Blueberry Cafe a number of times, a couple recently and I was disappointed with the service. I'm not sure if I misunderstood the sense of humor of the gal serving us but it was not my idea of customer service, this left a pretty poor taste in my mouth. Generally speaking the food is nice though. My last ice cream there was pretty tiny for the price. Nice setting and atmosphere but there could be some improvement in service.

β β β β β Bad service, under cooked eggs on terrible bacon and egg breakfast, triple cheese muffin was dry and had no cheese just onion, and tomatoes and something green.
Only thing edible was the shoestring fries, wont be going back.

β β β β β What a wonderful venue to catch up with friends' on a lazy Sunday morning of a long weekend. There were 6 of us, 3 couples, the wait staff were cheerful and friendly and the menu was delightful. Each couples spend was around $60 but unfortunately for the cafe it could have been alot more if we'd been asked if we'd like more than our initial drink and desserts had been offered..... such a shame.....for the 1st time ever we left without purchasing supplementary products.

β β β β β Took my friend here for a birthday lunch yesterday. Our mains (beef hotpot and Dutch bitterballen) were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The chocolate hazelnut tart was a real treat. Chef went the extra mile to accommodate my food allergies and our waitress was ever-cheerful and efficient. This was my third visit and there will definitely be more.
