β β β β β Purchased gift for wife. Didn't fit. No returns for the winter coat. I certainly won't return here ever too. Pathetic service. Rude sales assistants who seem to be over themselves all for stacking clothes! Pathetic people, pathetic shop. Am over Glassons. Certainly from a branding and image point Glasson should look into this rubbish tip they have operating that is bringing their name down.

But last week i not saw the notice they put on counter. So they need to think about this . Really bad experience for the staff there . Everyone need to careful when buy somthing there

β β β β β I've been to many Glassons around the country, as I fly for a living and I swear this store has the rudest, grumpiest, uptight, unwelcoming staff (girls) ever. I regularly shop here and not once has anyone said hello, customer service is poor, it's a struggle to ask for help and when I do manage to find someone, they seem annoyed and then continue to chat away to each other. Don't get me wrong, the store has great clothing and sales but it puts me off shopping here when the customer service aspect is not great.

β β β β β Came in last night, a blonde lady was working with another co worker didnβt even bother to look at her! Because I was already irritated with the First Lady!
Worst customer services, no hi and no how can I help, fully ignored me. I honestly wanted to get a few things from here but with trash customer services like this just ruins the whole shopping experience!
Never come here!

β β β β β A good place to buy the casual cloths. They always sale for off season cloths. So if you are visiting a other countries with different climate than that of NZ then go here. The cloths price starts from 10 NZD onwards.

β β β β β They've moved across from mirrou instead of where they used to be by platypus shoes. A great experience shopping here, Came to put something on hold (shout out to the lovely girl who helped me - worked the Monday just gone) so I could exchange my item when my click & collect turned up. Store was really nice & is quite spacious so that's cool, I will definitely shop here again?
