★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members are friendly and helpful. Their outdoor footwear are great and with vast options; though if you have smaller size feet then you'll find it difficult to get suitable footwear in this store as they stock mostly the larger size, especially when they have specials.

Calio gave poor service due to her inattentive behaviour - when I tried to go to a more qualified staff member she pointed out she was the manager. I understand that work isn't always interesting, but a modicum of interest in your role as manager would be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to buy 3 pairs of boots costing around $700 dollars. I ask if she could do some sort of deal and she rudly said no and proceeded to ring it up without even making eye contact. I told her not to worry about it and walked out. Poor salesmanship, even a pair of socks or $20 discount might of sealed the deal. Staff need better training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop assistant Arnica & the team in onehunga are awesome!! I had left the store purchasing a pair of shoes which i would of liked in a different colour. I was a few stores away from Timberland when Arnica came & got me to say she found my colour & size!! Wow, thats Excellent customer service & il be returning often??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame! Shop manager's attitude was horrible. When I asked if she can give a 5 dollar discount, she immediately said no, put the shoes away(I was holding them before I ask questions) and no more eye contact. Really poor customer service. I was in such happy shopping mood and she ruined my day. Would give minus 5 star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some pretty good deals, we were after size 8, they only had from size 10 up. Asked if they had 8s at their other store and was told they didnt. We proceeded to go to their Sylvia park branch which had alot of size 8s, told the lady at Sylvia that the staff in onehunga said they were out of stock, she was puzzled as to why they would say that when they just got a shipment in. We found the originals we wanted in size 8. Prob best to ring the official stores first.
