★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a range of stuff, however they don't have larger sizing went in there and tried on chaps the lady was rude and said when I asked if they has a different brand in the large or an extra large "we don't carry sizes that big" made me feel like a shouldn't be there and when I asked to see the more affordable stuff seemed arrogant and again made me feel like I should have been somewhere else, will not be going back and do not recommend

Searching all over Aus for some boots and found them way over there.... purchased online from Canterbury Equestrian in one simple transaction and saw super-fast shipping well packed along with great communication. Well done and sincere thanks. Also love your terrific range of saddlery, etc. Wish I still rode. Rats!

If you’re looking for surly disinterested staff, then this is the place to go. I had a terrible experience there last week and when I popped back in to complain this week (I think it's always nice to calm down before complaining and I always like to do so in person before taking to social media) I got a disinterested response. The manager ended up dismissing me as I was unable to give the exact weight, height, and age of the person I was served by. I did explain that this is hard to do with masks on but surely the information I gave should have sufficed. I left thinking it was no wonder I got the service I did if that's the example of leadership that staff are given. Meanwhile, 500m across the road at Cavalier Trotting Products things couldn't have been more different. Needless to say, I know where I'll be heading for my equestrian needs in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you aren't considered 'horsey' then you aren't going to get much help. Never had a great experience with customer service and people I have sent to the Templeton branch come back to me saying the owner was extremely rude to them. Fine if you know exactly what you want and know what they stock before hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude lady couldn't be bothered with me because I didn't want to spend over $1000 on a saddle just for hacking purposes and was told there is no such thing as a saddle under $300 I said saddlery warehouse! She said well perhaps go there! You keep your 100s of saddles then! Never been there before today and won't ever go back! Don't lie lady I did not rudely interrupt you you asked me can I help! I have been riding for over 30 years I think I know how to fit a saddle to a horse, you're just a rude disgusting liar and it's proven time and time again by other unsatisfied customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The saddlery gets worse everytime, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a saddlery before. No communication on products that were ordered last October, it's now February and I'm still chasing them up for updates. Staff are very judgemental and disinterested. Will absolutely not be shopping there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go back, very rude and this shop needs to be boycotted, over priced, slack service and discriminated against me for not wearing a mask to which I have an exemption due to having only one 70% functioning lung. I tried to explain this and was rudely shoved out of the shop. Other places deserve our money, definitely not here.
