Initially was pressured into buying some pants where the zipper was hard to zip, but the sales associate assured me it would be fine. It wasn't fine, and the zippers broke on both pairs within about a week of each other. Contacted support and was told to bring them in to exchange, but then the covid-19 lockdown happened before I got a chance.
After lockdown lifted, I asked if there was still anything I could do (expecting the answer to be no), but they said to bring them in and they would see what they could do. They let me buy two new pairs (different styles/sizes so I hopefully wouldn't have the same problem) and I just paid the difference between the price of the original ones and the new ones.
I was well and truly outside the window for returns, so the fact that they went above and beyond to help me find a solution anyway really stuck with me and made me feel good about supporting this company. They turned what could have been a really frustrating and unpleasant experience into something positive, so that's two big thumbs up from me!
