★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiona was our property manager (and we her tenants) spanning 4 years and 2 different properties. An absolute pleasure to have take care of us and would 100% recommend her as a property manager. Always very informative with her processes of inspections, her inspection photos and summary documentation being forwarded to us, as well as giving plenty of notice for visits and property maintenance or repairs.
There is a review posted here of 1 star that I am sure was placed incorrectly or for the wrong person. If you are ever in doubt Fiona is only a phone call or a text message away. Thanks so much for looking after us!

Having dealt with many after looking for a suitable rental property for 2 months I was delighted to receive such efficient and professional service from the staff at My Property Manager. Fiona (my property manager) was awesome to deal with, quick to respond to any queries I had. Definitely recommend for future landlords and tenants.

She is on top of all changes to landlord requirements and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
