★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a couple of takeaway dishes . The girl said it would be 25 to 30 minutes. I asked can you reassure me in will be ready in 30 minutes. Yes yes it will be ready. Well 40 minutes later after I asked for a refund at 35 minutes the takeaways were ready.
When I came home I see my order for chicken and cashews nuts which I asked for the nuts to be separate in a paper bag from the dish as one person can not eat them. Well surprise surprise!! There weren't even any cashew nuts in the bag. Hmmmm not impressed and definitely will never return there again.
Even lady prior to me was getting annoyed at the length of time waiting.
Why is it other takeaway places can be organized to have food ready on time. Just be honest and say it will be 40 minutes plus in future...

but please tell customers so that we can order it. Now have to wait another 20 mins to cook some. Won't be rushing back again ?
