★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a NO STAR rating I would give it - waiting for now 20 minutes to be connected AND I am in position 1 in the queue! Unbelievable! This is a doctor surgery, not a phone, power or internet company (always waiting for them). Really? If I am in position 1 in the queue, someone is having a very very long chat or nobody is answering the phone any more! Disgusting service! At finish of typing this, it has now been 25 minutes on hold!
