I have a fear of needles and medical procedures, and he did a great job in explaining the process and ensuring I was comfortable. Of course it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I had told myself it would be leading up to it.
Nice to have a patient, thoughtful and highly skilled doctor in Napier. Very fair pricing.
