β β β β β While the food was nice, I was disappointed with the service from the drive thru. We were told to drive around and park in the disabled spot out front to wait for our food, which I immediately objected to. The cashier just looked confused. I awkwardly waited in the disabled spot for about 5 mins and asked them not to tell people to park there anymore. You never know who will need those parks for real reasons.

β β β β β Always call in for lunch when we head down to Auckland as it is nice to get something different, not once have we been disappointed. Bring another fast food option to Kaitaia one day please!

β β β β β Terrible service! forgot one of our burgers and realised when we were half way home. That was okay because mistakes happen. Checked the receipt and it was the wrong burger anyway but drove back and waited 15mins the the que again only to be told that we had to pay more money for the burger we wanted and tried to over charge us. Should of just given it to us given the inconvenience!

β β β β β Got there on 14/05/2022 ordered, waited for the line and when the time to pay, paid with a pay wave, of course, it is hard to see how much you paying as they holding the EFTPOS machine but once paid they bring a large drink. I mentioned that I did not order large but staff just apologise and said it went through large... This isn't the first time it happen to me 4 times in 1 month. Sick of it!!! Why you charging and giving large if I don't ask for it????

β β β β β The food can be nice.. I have had very good food there and very average BUT not sure what is wrong with the staff - but the person taking your order could be replaced by a robot. Sadly very abrupted and unnecessary short. Went there 01.03.2022 at about 7pm. Maybe the staff don't enjoy working there.
