β β β β β Absolutely appalled with the lack of cleanliness. The drink dispenser rubbish and liquid over the counter. Drinks had spilled all over the floor. Tables where you eat were not cleaned. Opted into sitting in my vehicle as I had ask multiple times to get someone to clean the table as there were no napkins available to wipe it down myself. Staff would rather ignore customers. Staff ignored me and when we left I noticed he sat where I sat and didn't bother cleaning when I asked previously

β β β β β Service was absolutely horrific. It took 10 minutes to even place our order. By the time we placed our order the guy over the speaker was very rude and blunt. We then moved forward to the window to collect our food. It took about 5 minutes to pay then the guy closed his window and we waited another 10 minutes to get our food, was not worth the wait but the popcorn chicken is still good :)))

Oh my goodness, there seems to be a lack of hygiene here. COVID is mutating here.
Sorry guys love the food, but to eat a nice meal in a extremely unclean environment.. makes me and others question if the food here is even safe to eat..
Hire a cleaner!

β β β β β Tried three times because it is the closest store around me. But disappointed every time. Wick wing ordered, very dry and no flavor at all inside, temperature feels like uncooked. Donβt know how they made it. Will definitely go back to Windsor park store. Service and cleanliness are under average.

β β β β β The drive thru queue was massive going all the way passed the petrol station, the orders took forever and the chicken was burnt. The chicken wings were nice but the other chicken was completely rock solid. They need to improve. xx

β β β β β Mostly just exactly what you expect from a fast food outlet or KFC in particular. Reasonable service, quick food prep and oily "comfort" food.
If you like KFC, this would generally tick the box, but I've visited better KFC restaurants.
The one thing that I did find handy, is how accessible the basin is, which made washing hands before and after eating, very quick and easy.

β β β β β We ordered two twisters at the drive thru and got two SLIDERS. Was charged the amount for two twisters (about $20) - sliders are half the price... This is not the only time mistakes have been made with our order here.

β β β β β Albany KFC tonight was a disaster , floors in the shop were dirty , soda area was disgusting and the floor sticky , tables were littered with takeaway containers for a start.
The chicken was oily , dry and a darkish colour but the salad cup and the chips were fresh . Normaly this is a well run shop but 1/10 tonight .
