★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal experience. We ordered in store and the menu screens weren’t working at all - had to look up the menu online. No ice in the drinks machine. Had to wait 5 minutes at the front of the queue before the server even looked at us. After we ordered it took another 15 min before our meals were ready because they were obviously prioritising the drive thru orders over us. Avoid this restaurant at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came by tonight at 10pm to grab a quick bite for desert and a drink. There was maybe 3 people in the line in front of us and it took nearly 30 minutes to get to even order. By the time we had ordered it was 10:30. The gentlemen behind us had been waiting as long as us, and upon getting to order (being the last person in the line) was told the drive through was closed even though the restaurant didn't close for 30 more minutes. When we finally got to the window to get our food I told the staff that it was only right that they take the other guys order or that someone should have told him we were the last customer. The staff member ignored me and shoved the eftpos machine at me before walking away and laughing with the other staff member. He also told me how happy he was to be finished for the day and laughed once I mentioned the guy behind me. Once we finally got our order (literally two drinks by this point) I asked again if they could please take the guys order behind us as having spoken to him he just wanted two meals for him and his partner. (I went to speak to him upon hearing hor rude the staff member was to him while we waited for our two drinks to be made...)
The staff member was extremely rude and very dismissive. I understand it's not the most glamorous job, and covid may have made it harder being shorter staff, but to take literally one more order and just have a little respect would have been easy and gone a long way. Not to mention my drink was obviously out of syrup but I never got a chance to say anything as once we received our two drinks the staff locked the drive through window and walked away, once again laughing and swearing with the other staff inside.
Had I known the staff would be so horrible we would have ordered for the gentleman behind us but I hate to think what kind of quality the food would have been given the attitude of the staff. The guy may have dodged a bullet...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicer food than your standard fast food. This particular restaurant was clean and well organised we visited. Did ask for vaccination passes even though we dined in during red light and they had a sign outside saying they would ask for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but wow. Staff tried but just not enough of them. Quiet time of day and waited 30min for tiny fries (like the smallest amount I've ever seen) and a cold burger. Potatoes are cheap don't you get it. Feed them well and they will return to spend their money. Nope you don't get it and I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go-to for re3ally nice burgers even though they were a bit more expensive. Lately though the food quality is definitely not what it used to be and the service very slow. Soggy chips rather then crispy with fresh bacon. I got seriously ill from a burger and chips. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times over the last years and burgers always seem very hastily made even though waiting times can be on the long side. Food are tasty most of the time but we had times when burgers had missing ingredients. Only reason I still stop here on occasion is because they have a low carb option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Nov 2021 food was made quickly but was pretty good considering the amount of times I went the food was always below average. Food was hot this time and the wait time wasn't bad, only suggestion is to take the choc shavings off the sundae as it ruins it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually write reviews based off my first visit. But this review is based off my past 3 or so visits. For the past few months now, waiting in the drive through has been unbelievably terrible. Waiting for, what feels like 20 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in front of you. Eat in would be my recommendation. Food is always great though ☺️
