★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place and definitely not the cleanest to come and stay at, especially if you are on holiday or visiting with kids. Really bad smell through out the hallways, lift only works upto level 2 and takes about 5 minutes to work, when they do " house keeping " they hardly even clean the room. The staff members are awesome that's about the only good thing there is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing at all like the photos. No cable or satellite as stated on web. View from bottom unit where we were was of a dirt patch and just along from there a skip with broken glass all round it. Hated to complain but I did and they gave us another room which was obviously on list to be renovated next. Awful smell. The only positive being location and swimming pool. Receptionist was lovely, think she should look for another place to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes there might have been some unfinished edges and oversights in design, but it has a varied range of amenities for use, the room did look nice and clean and a great location. Would say again but the construction did knock of a star and the pool being unavailable when we were told it would be was another star-ish.
Solid 3.5 at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautifully located but an incredibly exhausted and dirty building. The room needed a good clean along with replacing all the bedding and bedside lampshades. Some basic paint,carpet and maintenance would completely turn this place around. We found items from previous customers under the bed & rotting cabinets in the kitchen area was less than ideal. The staff where happy and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is not sound proof. Could not get to sleep. Traffic noise is so bad. There was also stomping noise from the bathroom. Definitely not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location, easy to access from the motorway, short walk to beach and close to Takapuna. Recently refurbished, our room had comfortable beds, air-conditioning, a handy kitchenette with microwave and fridge, and table and chairs make the room functional. The bathroom was well equipped, and it was nice to have a balcony off our room and a pool on site. Lots of parking.
