My first inquiry he provided the BEST customer service, answered all my questions and when we visited the store, he was just as friendly and helpful. We relocated to New Zealand from Australia a month ago and Prince went above and beyond to ensure we had furniture for when we moved into our new place. I cannot express enough in words how grateful we are for Prince and Casa Furniture. Our furniture was delivered as expected on the days we agreed and anything I've asked, he's always been prompt and transparent in responding and finding answers. I bought two beds and sofa set on 12 March 2021 from his Henderson based store. He welcomed us in very familiar and positive understanding towards our requirements.
