★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very special thank you to Rock Shop Henderson for finding a jumbo guitar case to give my dad, Bill Sevesi's guitar a new safe home for storage. The old Maton guitars are so different from what they used to make and dad's guitar is now around 60 years old. It carries such nostalgic and historical value, around the history of our dance hall days; recordings dad did over the decades of his hawaiian, island, foxtrot, tango... you name it. The Orange Ballroom was his famous spot for over 18 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, staffs are reluctant to solve problems or even promote product. Only service they can provide is scanning barcode. All staffs seem not treating their job or business seriously, toxic organisation culture . Feel really sad about all the experiences at Henderson branch. Will still recommend ROCKSHOP Albany branch or Epsom branch, excellent customer service, professional staffs and manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a guitar restrung for $50 which was done okay, but there was some leaves or debris or something inside and it was agreed for them to vacuum it once the strings were removed, however it wasn't done and the debris is still there rattling away.
I expected the guitar to be tuned but when played at home I realised they hadn't done that.
What's happened to customer service?
