All Seasons Holiday Park is located only 8 minutes from downtown Rotorua and is the closest accommodation to Rotorua International Airport. We offer free car storage and free airport transfers for our guests using Rotorua Airport. We are close to one of Lake Rotorua’s boat ramps for fishing and water sports and Hannah’s Bay recreational reserve.

β β β β β It's saddens me to write a bad review about this place. The owners are friendly and holiday park has every thing for our 4 years old to enjoy. But there were noise issues on both nights that we stayed. The owners were understanding when we mentioned the issue to them but they are not staying at the site and just did the check once at 10pm. The people got quiet immediately and back to loud after they left, loud TV and loud music. There are no gates at the entrance so cars could come and go as they please. A car passed our tent at 4am.
It's a family friendly holiday park so some more safety measures are required than are in place at the moment.

β β β β β We had 2 nights & it wasn't long, enjoyed our stay, the food, rooms were very clean. We be back again.
A+ Service but most of all our grandchildren loved the Dinosaurs figures..the whole theme park is really awesome.
Not far from kids Entertainment centre..loved it.

β β β β β Super family friendly place to stay, this is now on my number one place to stay. Staff go over and beyond to help and make you feel welcomed. Loved every minute we spent there. So much to do to make a holiday fun and exciting.

β β β β β Fantastic camping ground.
We recently stayed for four nights as a large group spread across cabins and powered sites.
The facilities at the holiday park were fantastic, the pool (or "ool" for those in the know) was great, the cover provided protection from heat and cold and allowed for a really enjoyable swimming experience. Plenty of fun to be had on the play ground and cruising around on the pedal cars.
The cabins were in excellent condition and obviously well cared for and maintained.
The staff onsite were polite, professional and friendly at all times and went out of their way to make is feel at home and welcome.
The close proximity to the Lake Boat ramp made getting out onto the water during the days simple and speedy.
We have already reserved our cabins for next year and are looking forward to coming back.

β β β β β This is a real great place to stay. Very happy with the price even though it was along weekend. Very friendly. Hot tub and pool for guests only, plenty of powered sites and quite a few cabins. Camp kitchen has 5 double cooking elements and one stove. Spacious dinning and lounge area with good size TV, books and games to amuse yourself. Plenty of toilets and showers. Rite next to airport ? but I'm not bothered with the planes coming and going. Really not that busy. The city only 10-15 ks away and shopping ? centre about 5mins up the road. Oh by the way it's walking ?ββοΈ distance to the lake. I recon if you in Rotorua then this is a great place to consider staying whether in camper or cabin.

β β β β β This place had fantastic accessibility for me. Iβm in a wheelchair and they had a ramp to the toilet/shower and it was unisex which is great because I require my partner to help me. There was also a ramp to the kitchen and guest lounge. The manager put us closest to the wheelchair friendly toilet.I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back! The facilities were very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.loved the dinosaurs around the place!

β β β β β Awesome family friendly camping ground with great facilities for the kids. Amazing swimming pool and kids TV rooms. Good sized camp sites and clean bathrooms and kitchens. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed over new years and they put on entertainment which was great.
Only areas to improve was the hot water, or lack thereof (maybe need to have timers to prevent over use ?) and the noise checks, a few nights there were loud campers past 11 and up to midnight.
