★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liz was awesome with my Honey, she took the time to let her relax, and feel comfortable, offered a cheaper option for what we were wanting done..and succeeded at the dreaded nail trimming without sedation and in a lovely comfortable setting.
Left feeling like we had been given special treatment, but I think this is just a testiment to the service this company provides.
Also a big thanks to the lovely lady on the desk who was so helpful and catered my needs whwn I booked in and on the day.
Highly recommend Liz and the team here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While visiting Rotorua, my 11 yr old dog became unwell. The clinic gave us an urgent appointment. Not only was his care and treatment excellent it was done with amazing compassion and kindness. I cannot recommend this Practice highly enough.

From the incredibly friendly and helpful front staff to the highly skilled and compassionate vet, I could not have asked for more. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this vet to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not reccomend this vets enough. The whole team are so amazing. A big thank you to Matt for being so compassionate and professional. We had to put our rat down and it was right on closing and Matt never made us feel we had to hurry so he could go home just took his time and made this sad time better.
