★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah helped me hugely with my back injury last year. I initially had 1:1 sessions and slowly built up to joining the group classes. Sarah is not only incredibly knowledgeable, she is kind and funny, professional and makes you work. Thank you Sarah :)

Loving the feeling - not so stiff that you cant move but just enough to remind you that you put yourself first and moved your body ?? Thank you for sharing your love of pilates with us all Sarah ?
