★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Event cinemas are in a great central CBD location. We have been coming weekly for the past month. Please do change your coffee lids though as 3 of us had faulty lids today and we were covered in coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome theatres by under cover parking. Clean and comfortable spacious seating with good choice of food and drink. Good clean toilets including one wheelchair accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very Poor service. Kids are on desk for customer service, don’t know how to response. For every question, replied, I don’t know, I don’t know. Such a shame on you guys, just need a money without doing nothing. Rubbish all around the floor, on the seats, on arm hand. Toilets are a such like gutter. I don’t every time they hired new staff, new kids. Such a bulshitt and Cheap service.
You don’t deserve a zero star as well. If you can’t manage, just shut down this and Go home, because you people are also create a problem for another hardworking business people. You don’t deserve a single penny.

Haven't been in a while the seats are amazing, both the look and the comfort with a space for pop corn or drink, keys wallet phone between the seats. Yeah go, it was great. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The movie was great. The Staff were friendly and helpful and it's a simple layout, making different areas easy to locate. Lots of parking, free after 5 or 6pm I THINK ?
The Cinema that we were in was very comfortable due to new seating. The only thing lacking was cleanliness. Nothing really bad,as if the Staff didn't clean between sessions.
I will say that there were too few Staff on but I guess were all struggling at this time in our own ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice. The cinemas could be cleaner. There is often popcorn stuck between the chairs. The seats are comfortable and spacious. The cinemas are a good temperature, its not too cold which I’ve experienced before. I do think the assistants could improve on their customer service though. As I am new to the country, if I ask you which drinks are available I do not expect to be told to read the sign, even if that is a logical thing to do, that’s not how you address a customer who isn’t aware. The assistants didn’t seem very interested in assisting. Do a job to the best of your ability or do not work in customer service. Overall a solid movie experience.
