★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the one bedroom unit which was wonderfully clean, in fact everything sparkled. The bed was very comfortable and the open plan kitchen dining and lounge was spacious. Safe off street parking and very accommodating hosts. Within walking distance to restaurants. we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this place and the reception we got was warm and welcoming. The room we stayed in was a family one with a king (I think), 2 singles in another room and the couch in the living room that could be used as a foldout. In total it was $230 dollars and worth every penny. Very moden and clean. I really recommend this place to stay and will definitely stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of my favorite places to stay when I am in the Waikato. Lovely friendly little city. Some surprisingly good meals in the area too. The roo.s are what you'll expect from small town NZ, but they are so friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hospitality- the hostess waited for us when we informed her we would be slightly late due to our flight delay, and even turned the heater on before our arrival (which was very thoughtful and appreciated in the cold winter night) - the rooms were clean and had all necessities. I would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has an handy location in town with reasonable pricing. The manager was friendly and enthusiastic. The room was very clean and tidy, but the lighting wasn't very bright. The room we were in has no air conditioning (only a ceiling fan), it is fine for cold/cooler months. However, if you are in a room close to the front, the road traffic can sometimes be noisy. It is a good motel overall. Will definitely come back again.
