★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had to make several trips to Te Aroha recently and have stayed in several of the rooms here at Te Aroha Motel. The rooms have been recently refurbished and all the beds are new and super comfy. I'd forgotten to take my own pillow but they had a mix of pillows on the bed so was able to find one that suited. Linen is lovely and towels are soft and fluffy :-) The showers have great pressure. Robin and Glenis are lovely hosts and we found them to be very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I stayed here four nights for our Christmas and New Year holiday. This property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the apartments. It has a full kitchen, laundry with washing machine, air conditioner, a huge TV with google chrome etc. We had more than what we needed. It felt as convenient as staying at home. The location of the motel is perfect, close to everything. Te Aroha Mineral Spas, the starting point of Te Aroha Tracks, are within walking distance, Countdown is across the road, i-SITE and Museum are next doors. Many eateries on both sides. Staffs, especially Glenys, are very accommodating and friendly, gave us many good advice for our trip. Definitely a good place for Escape Away Vacation from Hamilton and can be a travel hub between Coromandel and Hamilton. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to others :)

We have stayed in the motel rooms as well as the apartments and both are perfect in every way.
The apartments are furnished with so much care and thought and all the beds are super comfy with nice linens and comfy pillows etc and it is super clean and I'm OCD about cleaning!
We always stay here when in Te Aroha and can't wait to stay again. Thanks Glenys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lovely place to stay. Reception was really friendly and informative of what's good around Te Aroha. The location of the Motel is perfect to walk to the mineral spas and trekking near by too, I went for a quick hike and saw the waterfall. Hard to imagine a better place, its near the info center, Domain, and sport court grounds. Countdown is just across the road. Plus, the start of the historic walk around Te Aroha town is just outside. The TV is new and was nice to watch movies on. The bed was soft and pleasent to sleep on. The people there are receptive if I needed anything and just really friendly. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were pleasantly surprised by this Motel! Rooms were super nice, the Beds were super super comfy and the owner were very friendly. Great location, cool outdoor space to have Dinner on whilst looking at the mountain, and close to the Te Aroha Pools. Would stay here without a doubt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful place. The distance between here to the spa pool is insane!! 2 mind walking!! The room is nice and tidy. Stay nice temperature during the hot summer, they do have air-con! What a bonus! Supermarket just cross the road, surrounded by many restaurant and take away! We came from Auckland, and here is the perfect place to stay! The lady at the front is absolutely lovely and friendly, and her two cutest dog! Really cute! Definitely will stay here next time. I'm in love with this little town already!
