★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really sad about tonights experience from Tiger burger as I used to love going to the Grey Lynn one when I lived in the area.
Paid $1.50 for pickles in the kids burger, which were missing. Also advertised the beef as being well done, it was bright red.
Tofu Dubu burger was missing the peanuts and yang nyum glaze which meant it was pretty much just a slab of dry tofu with some lettuce and gochujang mayo.
Fries were nice.
Really sad by this as Tiger burger used to be my favourite :'(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit disappointed with them the food is a little overpriced, the kimchi fries cost $14 dollars that you can buy a regular burger from other burger places. The shoestring fries tasted as if fried in old cooking oil. While the fried chicken was a bit dry in Gang-Jeong burger, and similarly the beef pattie in Kimcheese burger as well. The service was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience of Tiger Burger, heard about the Grey Lynn one. I had a yakult lemonade Soju cocktail which was perfect for a hot day. Strange combination but it worked for me. Shared kimcheese fries which were yummy and the right amount of heat and kimchi. Ordered the Gang Jeong and Hosin burger, the flavour of Gang Jeong reminded me of a McChicken burger, but less processed. The Hosin burger was a decent combination of flavours. I would say the burgers tasted lighter overall compared to other burger joints so not a heavy feeling after eating. I would happily return here though, Dominion road needed a burger joint. Staff were friendly and attentive. No issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excited to try this place because I love them one in Grey Lynn. However upon entry the place lacked atmosphere and staff warmth compared to GL branch. Not sure if they didn't have a special but waitress didn't mention it.
Kimcheese was good, pretty much the same as GL. Fries probably a tad salty.
The chicken burger had way too much sauce which made it sloppy/soggy, salty and messy.
I understand the price rises and don't begrudge them that, but if I'm paying $17-18 a burger, please give me something worthy of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Korean-style burgers and such friendly service! We had a really great first experience here. Loved the fried chicken burger, and the kimcheese burger. We also thought the k-fries had good flavours. Pretty short wait time too and reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I got chance to try Tiger Burger new store at Dominion Road, ordered takeaway old boy and gang jeong burger, and crispy chicken bites, all are my favorite when the time I visit their Grey Lynn store. Still same awesome taste! Crispy fried chicken, juicy beef patty, love the Korean fusion burgers style, make my late lunch such satisfied.
