★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was Gong Cha fans, but I went to st lukes mall and ordered an Oreo milk tea today, it's poor quality, only chocolate powder with cold water, that's the worst gong cha I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a regular customer of Gongcha, but I would never go back again. The staff who worked on Sunday 19/12/2020 morning, we went there just for bubble tea, not for a grumpy face! Really disappointed with this shopping experience. Please hire someone who knows customer service!
