★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed as I had to wait 30 minutes and there was no warning about the wait. The staff didn’t call my number either, I just had to keep looking to see if my drink was ready.
Not great as the drinks are not cheap. The tea tasted fine, but not worth the price in my opinion. I hope to see faster service in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, really rude staff. I went to order and I said hello. They asked me if I’m ordering. I said yes and they leave me alone for taking online orders. All of three ppl working inside don’t even look at me. I don’t mind waiting for longer time, but please don’t ruin my Friday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned order at 2.32 and they said they were very busy. Please give them 1 hour. I know its level3 and totally understand. But I came to pick up at 3.45pm they did not even make it yet. Now its almost 4pm. After 1 and a half hour waiting for milk tea is just unbelievable!! ? its a shame though. Cant deny that they do a good milk tea! But the waiting time is just crazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly not impressed with this the wait times were ridiculous. And after the wait it was legit just cheese foam water ( the peach tea) the only reason it's not 1 star is the grape one was amazing. Might go back and give it another try once the hype dies down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Hot Mochi Taro drink. Costed $12.5.
But what I got was a regular COLD milk tea with taros and pearls, which means they overcharged us and gave us a wrong order.
WITH NO MOCHI inside.
Waited at the counter for quite a while for taking our orders and another 30 minutes for our drinks. There were literally 8 staffs in the store and there weren't many customers outside.
Eftpos machine wasn't operating normally.
Our drinks were already sitting ready at the station but no one called out our numbers, and we only got our drinks when the staff asked me " Can I take your order ? ".
The staffs didn't know what they were doing, and they must do something about their management.
Zero star review.

Drinks:
They have a great variety of drinks and all sorts of different toppings. They are always so good - so far, I have never been disappointed with my order! If you get a fruit tea, they use real fruit rather than artificial flavours. I definitely would recommend the Biscoff Milk tea (my latest discovery and new favourite) and if you want something super unique, their Durian Sago drink is nice (I like durian though, so I might be biased) and they use real durian!
Service:
They are always super nice. If you come in a group, they give the drinks all together rather than one at a time. This does mean that it might take a while before you get your drink though, but there is a bench next to the shop, so you can sit and chill while you wait. However, you can call ahead, if you want, so you don't end up waiting.
Price:
Compared to other boba places, they are a bit more on the expensive side. However, I personally think that their drinks are worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened bubble tea shop, ordered tea with 30% sugar but it still bit sweet for us. We were waited for more than 20 minutes, and it seems the staff are all new, bit slow for them to making the drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Bubble Tea as I don't actually drink tea. Coffee/mocha is my preference & no tea at all for me.
So this was such a pleasant (& delicious) surprise! Yummy!!
This retailer seemed to be very popular, as witnessed by the crowd of people waiting for their orders, but waiting times were extremely minimal.
