I have tried to contact them by email ...by phone...waited nearly an hour only to be told by voice message they were busy and not taking calls...I am nearly 80 years old..on a pension and spent over 50 dollars and looks like I can say goodbye to that money. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Order takes forever to be delivered! And they wont do anything unless you call them! And then when you finally receive your order, it has missing item! What a headache! Call them and they kicked me out automatically after 20 mins on the queue! Twice! No one reply on the email! On fb, they just seen your messages! Terrible as its finest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online shopping experience is not good to say the least - most of their items on the website say “available in-store only” and more often than not they cancel items from your order as the stock-keeping is an absolute disaster. The online sales team must spend more time refunding peoples orders than actually sending them out.

Tried calling but no reply.VERY BAD SERVICE WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM CHEMIST WAREHOUSE. And there customer service won't reply to online queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My place for medicines and supplement. Thank you for bringing in free prescription into New Zealand. The store is so big. It is always open late and I can always go there after my work hours to get my medications. So convenient. You do need to wait for a while to get your prescription drugs.
