★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had Carolyn - she failed 2 within an hour because they didn't slow down around "road works" - road works were 1 cone and NO speed reduction sign. She also refused to allow my son a support person in the car even though he had a mask and vaccine pass. Absolute disgrace - they are deceitfully failing people for no reason and when it cost so much and takes 3 months to book a test this is a disgrace. Assistant manager didn't know anything about testing (as he had just moved over from WOFs) so complaining fell on deaf ears. I will be taking this complaint as far as I can to stop them doing this to other kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had the opportunity to be examined by Nasser as the part of the process of converting my driving license to NZ and of course I was very nervous (who among us is not in this situation :)). Of course, I was afraid, like every kid, of the examination process (I have polish and an international driving license for a veeeery long time, but you know, fear has big eyes :)) but Nasser, with his aura and very calm approach, made me feel very comfortable and safe during the whole test. I know that I still have a long way to go to become a very good driver on the NZ roads, but thanks to Nasser I know on what I should work on and improve. More such such examiners with passion and the security will certainly increase on our roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional from a old male driving instructor which i cannot believe he still has a job. I know it’s holiday season but no one is forcing anyone to work so that behaviour shouldn’t be tolerated and he needs a break from what I saw. Will not be going back here ever again. From beginning of the introduction he was very rude to me and my son which was taking the driving test, the same instructor was criticised in our community page last week for his behaviour but still wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Should be definitely given some customer service skills before he takes anyone for a test drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked a pre-purchase inspection, and it turned out a great experience! The mechanic was super thorough, he even came out and showed where everything on the report was referring to on the car. He was able to tell whether the damages were structural or not which you would expect from a mechanic, obviously, but he was very direct and honest. Also Rohan in the main office was very friendly, helpful and coordinated our experience wonderfully. Really recommend! Only point to improve is when we called earlier in the day they didn't pick up the phone: turned out it was Driving licences test day so quite busy, yet for other customers it'd be great to have a point of contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience sitting my restricted test here. My instructor Rohan made me feel relaxed and easy on the road!! Loved his general tips at the end and allowing me to explain myself. Felt like I was truly being taught aspects of driving and I appreciated that! Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously this is a popular test for your restricted car licence test. We booked an 7.30am restricted license test. We were told to arrive at 7am to get some paperwork underway and then have the test. When we arrived, we realised the shop was closed. There is a note to ask us to wait outside for the test instructor. It will be nice if we get informed properly rather wait for half an hour in the cold winter month. Better management and communication skill will be nice.
