I am appalled at the terrible customer service that I dealt with today.
I have a mask exemption and was told that I cannot be in the store without one.
I was discriminated again because I can't wear a mask.
On top of that the manager couldn't be reasonable with me when I have contacted by the human rights commission and they advised that anyone can go into the store.
The manager threatened me that she would call the police.
Boycott the store. No concern for customers. They are a joke!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to buy some fragrances today, the store was very busy as expected but was served by the most beautiful fantastic young lady Mandy, she was able to sell me on a few perfumes. She really knew her way around not only the fragrances but a lot of products in store! Was a perfect service by her, my husband and I were very impressed by her energy and her passion! I’ll definitely be coming back to shop again. She deserves a reward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well set up store, with items comprising all perfumes, extremely well stocked up, unlike the airport branch. Spacious & extremely clean premises. All staff are extremely super Professional, friendly, helpful & approachable. I highly recommend Chemist Warehouse Lynnmall??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for ages for prescription that was ready for pick up, then when I was finally served I had to wait in line again at the front just to pay $3.80 smh why couldn't they take my payment then? ?on a good note, the Polynesian girl who attended to my needs at the perfume section this other day was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service in Prescription is appalling. Worst customer service. They might be thinking that since it is free prescription, they could treat customers like rubbish. When I asked for manager, Isabelle Yu just butt in to the conversation and told me that. im free to complain but she is not rude in Very Rude manner.
My prescription also got expired with them just dispensing once since i was told it is always out of stock and they are doing things manually so Im not informed. This the second time Isabelle Yu showed me her very bad attittude and her being unfit to deal with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased 2 x organic baby formula for our 9 month old. Our childcare centre informed us that what we had provided had expired (embarrassing). We checked the formula we had at home - it was manufactured in 2020 and was due to expire.
Maybe check the expiry dates on anything you're going to feed your baby, seems chemist warehouse isn't too interested in keeping them safe. Wow.
