★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so BAD if Google allowed 0 rating I would rate this place 0. When you to buy stuff the service looks really nice as soon as you want a REFUND the service turns terrible. I went to buy some of their products (scrunchies), after 2 hrs I wanted a refund to get my money back but they had this "POLICY" and wouldn't give my money back. They said I had to replace with other products in the store. Their products are so expensive! Don't buy their stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly but the pharmacy proper is poorly staffed and can't deliver medication in a timely manner especially if a script is sent to them. For a healthcare provider this is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super overloaded with a massive line for the Covid vaccine and lots of the customers are being belligerent, trying to cut the line etc but every staff member was lovely and handled things beautifully. Really great service especially under such pressure. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “I HAD AN UNUSUAL REVIEW ABOUT MY $10 voucher which I used and missed out - later when i asked staff she could not trace it - however Jess got back to me with prompt response and gave update with my transaction summary. It was good service and they are absolutely amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple days ago I came in to have my vaccine pass printed and laminated. Printed was possible but not laminated. (No biggy) I was so adament that the last time I came here to get my uncles vaccine pass it was thick like card board material but was I wrong!?♀️so I just wanted to apologize to the girl who served me that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get our Covid boosters and there were staff all over the store but only one at the counter. However no customer was around the store they were all waiting around the counter to be helped.
The layout of the store is a bit all over the place and messy. Takes a while to get someone to help you. Once we got our shots didn’t really have a separate place for the 15 minute wait just in the middle of the store with people walking in and around you which was weird.
