★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get a pre-departure Covid-19 test done within 24hrs of leaving. Was told they are open until 9pm so come down about 8:15pm. Arrived on time and they were shut! Absolutely hopeless! Had to rush around and find someone else! Luckily Unichem Lynnmall was open and happy to do the test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for ear piercing and the pharmacist (Gail) that did it for my daughter was overly rude and passive aggressive and being iffy in my face and super racist with comments being said to my face and as she is passing by! If they did not want to do it they could have simply refused from the get go (as i asked if they did it for 10mnth old baby)! But I guess they wanted the $70 over priced amount they charge for it! She said something about letting go of my culture!!!! I am a KIWI! LOL super rude and will tell everyone not to go there due to her horrible behavior! How unprofessional! Would like to see something done about it!

Gail said "look at Maori, they are not able to mourn their loved ones due to the pandemic" I did not make any comment prior to this she just came out of the blue and Said that and you can SEE the cctv footage of that! It just shows the lengths you would go to to disregard other people's views! Very unprofessional! It's none of your business WHY I am not vaccinated or not fully vaccinated, you asked and I said ok for the rat test! I would not have come out of the house if I knew that I might be sick or that I was putting anyone at risk! DONT make it sound like I was in the wrong! I came in for a service and I did not need this passive aggressiveness in the morning! U can SEE from the cctv footage that I was very compliant with all the rules that you asked off of me! How rude, ur reply is just as rude as Gail was in the store! Why did you NOT hear when she said "that's not good enough" under her breathe as she walked past us! Super super rude! Honestly you deserve zero stars!

And special thanks to the pharmacist who administered the shot, as my daughter was so nervous about this. I really appreciate the support and reassurance she gave my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to applaud the staff here for doing such a wonderful job on a day that was very busy with people wanting vaccines. The three young women at the counter were constantly polite, friendly and informative, and the pharmacist was great too. I saw many frustrated customers with the wait times, and had the staff not been so professional, the situation would have been chaotic. I really appreciate it!
