★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pork belly bao bun is absolutely delicious! The restaurant decor is so nice and comforting. The bathroom is so cute and chic. The food has wonderful flavour and design! LOVE IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious - felt like a genuine lovingly made home cooked meal- lots of veggies, pad thai smokey and flavoursome- beautiful veggie dumplings- great service from the youngin’ at the counter. Love the wellington vibe in the place, beautiful artwork. Looks like our new local takeaway! Hidden beauty in the west!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant, the service was very slow. The team were flat tack fulfilling Uber Eats orders. I feel priority should be given to in-person customers. Also, the entrees were pretty average. The mains were excellent though - both for taste and value. I would definitely give this place another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful overpriced food. Awful service. I will never go back. At the time of covid we tried to keep it local and be kind but chop chew did not reciprocate. We ordered online and were told it would be an hour before our food was ready. on phoning up to check before heading to pickup we were informed our order had been canceled which was not great so being kind we said we would wait another hour. Headed to pickup at the alloted time but we're told it would be another 15 minutes but a full 45 mins later were given food. Headed home to find an item was missing. Phoned to ask for item to be refunded but were told we had to head back with all our food to get a refund. After a long discussion decided it was just not worth the grief. When we ate the food it was really Awful. A jungle curry was just frozen vegetables with chili flavored water. The spring rolls were similarly awful. Will not be heading back and will let all my friends know to avoid.

I really liked the Mee Goreng. It wasn’t the best I’ve had but I really liked that the pork belly was done Japanese style, so delicious and a unique touch.
The Chicken Larb was nice and refreshing, but the sticky rice didn’t really hit the spot.
Could have passed on the spring rolls too, but they weren’t too bad.
Overall it’s a nice place. I like that you have Malaysian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese flavours at one spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talk about a great local spot! Chop chew takes their best takes on South East Asian flavours for all to enjoy. Shared a range of items here with my little family and enjoyed every bite. The service was fast and friendly. But the food was even better with good portions for its price range. Will continue to try the rest of the menu knowing it is just a drive away. Don't skip this one guys!
