★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked up and seen a sign out front stating vegetarian options. Asked staff about it and was promptly told "we do not offer any vegetarian options" i swiftly informed the clueless staff members the sign in front of my face says they do and i do not appreciate being lied to. Ive taken my business elsewhere i recommend you do too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quantity is not consistent when buying 17.90 bowl they put 3 servings and sometimes 4 to 5 of the meat. This has happened on number of occasions .I sat and observed there was a good difference the staff was very inconsistent with the quantity to each customer. Unacceptable.

Each time, I went there, the quantity of the food got lesser. The third time, it was so much lesser that my wife told the server to top-up. Also, we were served the leftover of the food. More sauce than meat making the rice soggy and taste horrid. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 2.30 we waited in line to be served for 10 minutes only to get to the front of the line to be served and they'd run out of everything bar one dish. I was then told there was a problem with the kitchen and it'd be another hour before they could get anything out. Common sense by the workers should've prevailed by coming out from behind the counter to let myself and the line of people waiting behind me know what was going on. Bad customer service!! If I could've given no stars I would've. I know sometimes problems happen but at least a heads up would've been nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is the best service I had in this mall. The food is delicious and convenient. I’m just so happy that there is a business in this mall that provides normal customer service. It also seems to be the most edible thing in this mall. Well done Katsubi!! Thank you for the amazing service!!
