Amazing starters and delicious oysters. Everything made fresh and to perfection.
Pork crackling crunchy and paired well with puree sauces.
Sashimi with a tang and spice really wakes up the palate.
Tacos with avocado, kinda like a deep fried sushi but fresh. Amazing. Never thought I would like taco with rice.
The duck curry is top notch. Flavour to perfection.
Fried chicken pieces were very tasty too. Very enjoyable.
Everything was amazing. Just don’t order the laksa, it’s a bit too sour for my liking but it’s new to the menu so hopefully they change it or take it off soon.
A must try. My new favorite local Mt Eden restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t want to write this bad review but one of their staff bothered me so much that a month later I’ve decided I want to leave this review here. I went on an evening date with my partner on the 27th of December, I didn’t get to see her on Christmas so I wanted to catch up with her at this bar/restaurant instead, and judging from the images and reviews I had good faith in this place… but at the end I’m left extremely disappointed. Firstly the waitress was not that friendly, bare smiles and doesn’t look like she wanted to be there. No worries, I’ve seen plenty of that… I disregarded that and went on to order my food and asked kindly if we could get a bit of a more private seating since we were sitting on a tiny awkward tall stool and this is a special day for my and my partner… she said no, all the nicer seats at the back are private she says. Leaving us sitting in our awkward tall stool right next to the entrance, with little to no table space. At this point this has bothered me so much because now we’re here and obliged to order something and can’t even get a decent seat for me and my partners special occasion. I didn’t complain but the manager came later on and asked if we were happy about our seats so clearly there were other seats available but for some reason she rudely denied.
The ambiance is nothing special, and the food is a pretentious “asian fusion” with a bunch of thousand island sauce drizzled on their food. The manager was very kind though, greeted us kindly and brought a really good vibe to the conversation.
If you’re coming here don’t expect good seats or great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time to dine in here. The hosts were friendly and nice. The food was excellent - highly recommending to try their Nori tacos (beef and tuna) and Pork Hawker roll it was ??
Steak fried rice, dumplings and beef rendang we good too! Will definitely be back to try other food varieties ??
