★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, we went to the sports bar for my partners birthday dinner. My partner got his drink and ordered my Bloody Mary. We were still waits for my drink when my partner went back to the bar to get another drink for himself. I have to say it was not worth the wait the bar tender definitely needs to brush up on his drink making skills. It was a watered down tomato juice. Couldn’t drink and certainly didn’t trust him to make another one. The food my partner ordered the chicken burger he was happy with it. I got the beef nachos. Again not a good meal. It tasted weird. Hardly any cheese or sour cream. The presentation was terrible. I hate to say it but the mince looked like cat food. Will I be back maybe. Not to the sports bar though the standards have dropped since we were last there in 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The casino has changed a lot in the last few years. Not as great as it used to be. The bar restaurants were closed during the day, which never used to be the case. The cafe food was ok, nothing great. It was nice however one of the young female waitress was kind enough to hold our leftover food until we were ready to leave to save us carrying it around. Thank you to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is horrible, after successfully doing 3 months market research here for my organization, I've found that their main objective as a corp is to let the elderly lose all their pension, they aren't too worried about them. They attempt to use the "gamble responsibility" but deep down they don't care, they concentrate on using this on the people they feel are going to win but if they see you lose, they turn their heads around and let them suffer. Management knows who they are, I've spoken to staff who are willing to speak out, when I release my data to the ones that renew their membership they will see what I've gathered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the Sunday "2 burgers for 1 price" deal on top floor's bar, not sure is it during festive seasons or in long term. Generous amount of the ingredients, my vege jackfruit burger taste real yum.
Saw it has now a notes exchange/ticket claimed machine that saved the trouble to queue in counter.
Less comfortable that the management did not enforce the face mask policy after visitors have entered and playing gaming machines. Saw many aren't wearing after they started playing.
