β β β β β A very bad insurance company, they will find any excuse not to pay out your claims. It take weeks for them to respond to emails, and they will waste hours of your time chasing/replying to there excuses. I recommend just going straight to the insurance Ombudsman to get any kind of reasonable outcome from these guys.

β β β β β Unreliable insurance company. Will try their best to deny you of any claim. Their policies are written too broadly and can be open for different kinds of interpretations. Unfortunately, their own interpretations of the policies that they honor are more inclined to protect them from any liabilities, even for those situations that you have absolutely no control of.
I have been with different insurance providers. I can definitely say, this insurance company is significantly unreliable.

β β β β β It should not take a month to refund money that they have charged incorrectly that I had a broker look into and draw attention to the fact that the payments were not correct. Still waiting canceled policy on the 17/04/21. Had to ring and send emails to Chace it up.

β β β β β If I could give no stars I would. We have been with Cigna for 15 years . Paid over $50000 in premiums. Cigna are happy to take your money but don't think for a minute that they are going to be there for you when you need them. in good will they have offered a payment of $269.60. Think twice before insuring with this company. You pay insurance for a long time to only find out how good they are when you make a claim and by that time it is tooo late. Disappointing!!!!!!
