We love our new table and were very impressed with the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was left highly disappointed today when I went in and was very interested in a 200 x 300 rug. I asked if they could load into my car for me and they told me it's a health and safety issue that they can't, even though the man there has the cheek to say that he goes to the gym. I could have carried it myself ( I am 68 and 5 ft tall). It is awkward but not impossible for me alone to load into the car, just takes me longer on my own. Just unbelievable, I would have thought that it is the least service you can afford a good returning customer who would have paid $3,000 for it.
A lot of other businesses always offer to carry bulky items for me to the car without my even asking. Is this health and safety gone mad or just lazy salespeople?
I will bring my business elsewhere on principle.
