★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and business practice, can't order stock (not guaranteed we will have the stock after ordering) unless paid a deposit, then charge fees for paying on the phone, when i visited the store but advised the stock has been taken. Nothing there made easier for customers.dont recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke and I will NEVER return there. Staff are totally useless and have no customer service training at all !!!! The only way to purchase goods here is online so you pay upfront and then wait and wait and wait. No follow up regarding where your furniture is and when you ring to enquire they tell you anything but the truth. Once the goods are in the country apparently they check it out for faults, that is also a lie because one of the chairs we ordered had a gouge on the back which would have been very obvious if anyone had actually checked it. Anyway we finally have our furniture so goodbye Early Settler you won't see us again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good store to do business with. Ordered a fairly large amount of furniture, delivered on time and to the exact locations in the house where I wanted the items. I noticed that one of the items was broken after unwrapping, and when I called the store they were very apologetic and clearly made it a priority to replace it. I had a new item within two days. Great customer service, which cannot be said for some other furnishing houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly advise people to not purchase their hardware online. I purchased some door handles in February, paid for additional shipping, and have still not received them, 2 months later. They literally sold me items they didn't have in stock, charged me for them and for the postage. What company does that?
I asked for a refund, and then was told they were about to come back into stock. This was a month ago. Nothing has arrived. I have asked again for a refund, and I simply get sent a generic FAQ link email, and no response. I cannot believe the treatment I have received from what I considered a reputable brand. I've been treated better by the Warehouse. I will never be purchasing anything from this company again. Thoroughly do not recommend.
