β β β β β This is so poor customers service and also expensive. I bought the NZ Postal which should be included the shipping fee. But they charged for the bag and extra 6.5$ for shipping to Manukau. Print the Documents out with 1$ per sheet. Even just totally 15$ but they charged 16$ . That's not much but i dont like this kind of working performance.

β β β β β This is a great little convenience store which kept me well supplied during the 2020 lockdowns when I wanted to avoid supermarkets and only needed a few items. Jigness, Meena & their team are very helpful, always smiling and welcoming. The store also does postand is well stocked with a good variety of items. They really look after you and they make great takeaway coffee! I can highly recommend them. ?

β β β β β I purchased a pie for $5 but took it back because it was cold in the middle. Not warm, cold. The staff member tried arguing the point with me telling me it was hot (it was not) and saying "noone else complains". Very dissapointing. Suggest management check their responsibilities under the FCP & keep their hot hold items to 75 degrees.

β β β β β Purchased last lemon mousse (at night) they had on display and smoothie. Sat down and couldn't get into it with my fork. It was like made from plastic. FInally I broke it apart with my hands and had a bite. It was disgusting. Don't know how many weeks it was there. Smoothie turned out to be expired as well. I went back to exchange it but it turned out all of them in the fridge were expired. Some more than two weeks! Does anybody control these stores in NZ?!

β β β β β Went to drop my parcel by today , the owner given the worst service to us ! Refused to accepted parcel box as he said there is no enough space to keep my parcel. Thatβs ridiculous. Of course it has the huge space to keep parcels. Of course people could drop there parcel to this place . Of course this place is one of the post office station that people can drop there parcels . Just because he ONLY WANTS provide the WORST SERVICE to customers !!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never visit again and I will make a complain for this RUDE owner as well !!!!!!!!!!
