★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time here is absolutely pathetic. We have been here for hours. The receptionists are rude when asked how much longer we have to wait. I do not recommend coming here, unless you have your day completed cleared because you’ll be waiting here for hours before being seen by anyone.

The nurses and Dr were extremely nice, respectful and very fast at the Diagnosis and was what I expected from past illnesses that I had had in the past.
I would recommend this Health Facility as a first stop ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked pre-departure RAT test before going overseas. Not only is it roughly $40 more than anywhere else at, $125 each, but you also have to supply your own RAT test. ??
We were flying out on a Monday so had to chose city doctor as it was the only place that is open on weekends.
Would give Zero stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called up at 5.30, the automatic machine said they close at 8pm so thought I had plenty of time to get a prescription.
My whole family have Covid and we are isolating at home. I informed the lady that my son has a high temperature of 39.4 and I need Pamol and she said sorry we closing in 10 minutes we cant help you. That was at 5.30, so you dont close at 8pm, you close at 5.40???? She was very rude, my son is only 12 months old and we need pamol. Your home time is apparently more important than my son needing pamol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff were lovely, nurse who called to triage me (due to have cold symptoms) was very snappy, doctor asked the exact same questions as the nurse and gave absolutely zero helpful advice, was told to come back in a few days if still sick, even though it’s already been 15 days! What a waste of time and money and you dont even get physically examined!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff out front. I gave up my seat for an elderly couple and stood off to the side (a full 2-3 meters away from the door or anyone else), and they told me off and told me off for 'just standing around' because they 'need enough space' (again I was in a corner far away from anyone else and nowhere near any points of travel) It was really bizarre to be treated with such disrespect for literally no reason. These people were more concerned with living out a power trip than actually looking out for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just drove in to the city doctors from Bulls because my 4 year old has a massive blood blister under his thumb nail from hitting it with a hammer at kindy, the woman at the front desk said you obviously didn’t read the note on the door we are not taking any more patients tonight she was very RUDE about it even though it was only 7 o’clock and they close at eight the service in this place has gone downhill over the last few years and I can’t believe that it’s the only after hours doctors we have. I really can’t get over how rude these people are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never will come here again. Receptionist an older lady very rude and disrespectful. Told my son who was in a car accident and couldn't sit on the seat due to injured back to lie on the ground which he did for 45mins and not once did someone come check him. We ended up leaving cause it was just ridiculous and went home and rung an ambulance. Definitely not equipped for accidents!!! Receptionist needs training on how to communicate with people especially when they are injured. Maybe a bit of sympathy or even a little care wouldn't hurt.
