My partner was slightly late around 7 minutes due to unexpected traffic twice and they said they don’t have time to do her appointment in a very dismissive way. When asked to talk to the manager again dismissively said to check the website. You would expect there is a degree of flexibility with these kind of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice and friendly; full marks to them esp (Simran), however regarding the treatment I went for:
I was promised that the pigmentation will somewhat become lighter especially the areas that I clearly identified, however no major change so not satisfied at all. Not happy with the treatment. Paid for 6 skin overnights peels. their products are okay though I wont recommend anyone for overnight skin peels. Photo was taken before the treatment, however the ipad was not charged so they could not take the after treatment photo (??).

The clinic is always nice and clean and the girls are very friendly and professional! I have been seeing Ashleigh for all my treatments and I feel very safe in her hands and anything she recommends!
