Great price and customer service. I am doing laser treatment with Celina and I am loving it. I always look forward to my session with her as she has a bubbly personality and does an excellent work! I leave the clinic feeling prettier and happier :) Thanks Celina for you great work!

Staff here have a really professional service and so are the results. For someone who has not had laser hair removal done prior to my visit, I felt it could be very overwhelming but Selena? made the experience comfortable and painless. Looking forward to my next treatment. Great clinic. Thank you.

After the first lockdown I bought a special promotion for laser removal. I wasn't sure if to buy it or not as I was worried of going in and out of lockdowns with the shops closed during lockdown and If the promotion had an expiry date I was not able to use it. The lady at that time she told me not too worry and that special promotion that time has not expiry date so I purchased the deal. I signed up the contract with saying the deal had an an expiry date but the lady told again that was not the case for this special promotion that time so I went ahead and signed it and bought the promotion. Since then I did 5 or 6 sessions and I had no results...that after they told me you should see results after a few times. I left with my skin burned ones...overall that might happen has I have a very sensitive skin. Two days ago the shop finally open after the long lockdown and I went in to book my appointment: the lady at the customer service was so rude, she kept insisting saying I had less sessions left of what I actually remember and she said it is because I didn't show up a few times when I had the appointment, which is not true!! : that happened only once and the other 2 or 3 times I phoned in advance to cancel the appointment when I couldn't make it due to work commitments and there was no problem. She called my a bully just because I was defending myself standing up for what I actually remember of the number of sessions I have left. How can you call someone a bully just because you are not agreeing with a customer if there is a misunderstanding that need to be fixed? what sort or respect and customer service is that? I felt so mad! I had to leave because I felt so frustrated ad angry by the treatment received I had to leave. That lady has been HORRIBLE. She also insisted saying my deal had an expiry date without taking a closer look what was the deal conditions when I bought it nearly 2 years ago. She rushed me, she was rude and she called me a bully just cause I disagreed with her. She also said she wanted to give me a refund or the remaining sessions when I asked why the treatment wasn't working. Why? now that I payed the money they don't provide a good service? Before I bought the promotion the other lady sat one hour with me for the first consultation! I never had problems during the pervious sessions, it is just this lady that day who was horrible. I didn't like it all, that was totally disrespectful and I am going to escalate that.

Friendly and professional staff with great customer service skills. I've done 6 laser treatments so far and it worked well. Highly recommended!

Not a happy customer!! I paid for 10 treatments upfront about a year ago..on the 2nd or 3rd visit I was treated by a lady who wasn't trained properly and I personally think that's not okay or safe..also this person just so happened to be out of employment at the clinic a few days later..management just blew me off when I made complaints..also when I asked for refund on my remaining treatments as I was not happy with the service, they refused..I believe they could of been a bit more understanding and helpful but they weren't..would not recommend sorry..

The team at Laser clinics New market are amazing. They are friendly, accommodating and well organised. I have never had to wait excessively for my appointment and I've never had any bad experiences. I've been going there for approx 2 years and would always recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer experience I've ever had! Delphine Hatfield is the rudest and most aggressive person I've meet. I had an inject-able appointment in Jan, was never offered a follow up. After a couple of weeks I noticed the outcome wasn't as normal (I've been getting treatments for a while now, so know what is usually normal for me). I tried multiple times to get an appointment, rescheduled 3 or 4 times. Finally got into see a nurse, but because of their lack of medical records she couldn't really help. Limited notes and no before photos on file. Talking with others in the industry this isn't professional at all. I think I was there for almost an hour, talking around in circles. I suggested either you offer a fix or a refund. Delphine told me that some customers come in a do a low dose treatment and then come back and ask for more free, she said I'm not talking about you, but it happens. The way she spoke I felt she was trying to say this was me, was I being called a liar? I couldn't believe it. I'd spent close to $500 on my treatment, not really a low dose. She also told me if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for it myself. Seemed little disregard for the customer, got told a lot about her business and what she needs to pay for. The nurse did give me a small touch up, which I think was $20 worth. I wrote to Laser Clinics directly with my issue to see if I could get some help, they just forwarded my email on to Delphine. So now I have an aggressive email to say she feels the matter is closed and she'll make notes on my file that I was unhappy and 'rest assured we will not book you at Newmarket again. We wish you all the best at your next clinic. Best to be clear and direct in this matter so that everybody knows where they stand' - think my jaw dropped in reading this. Seem the owner her is more about making money than actually caring about clients and customers. So putting this note up for others.
